Our Mission

Abacus provide a professional property management service across Fife and the Lothians.

We are retained by owners and residents to provide an efficient but personal management solution supplying a cost effective service to ensure best practice application of the various disciplines required to maintain legislative compliance whilst supplying the practical components that provide a well looked after property.

Why are Abacus so cost effective?

Great value is more than cost most importantly we understand its not worth paying less if you have low quality as a result.

Because we have our own property portfolio to manage we already have the resources in place to support property management or factoring for additional clients without having to incur set up costs or staffing. At Abacus we recognise the need for a long term plan to avoid unneccesary unexpected costs because we hate those nasty surprises too.
